My stay at the hotel was decent. The rooms were a bit out of date and basic, but they served their purpose. Some mildew was present, and there was an issue with water seepage in the room. The service was a mix – check-in and check-out were seamless and the staff was friendly, but they weren't helpful with a billing problem, and the room was too cold due to the A/C set at a low temperature. The location was average, close to the South Miami Metrorail station, but there were some concerns about suspicious activities. The dining experience was disappointing with subpar food quality and cleanliness issues. The Thai dishes were a better option. Overall, an average experience with some room for improvement.
